2.1 The bet9ja platform is intended solely for use by individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations governing online casino and gambling activities;
• You are physically located within the Philippines at the time of accessing and using the platform;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to you;
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or placing wagers;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of bet9ja, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

2.2 bet9ja strictly prohibits access to and use of the platform by any person under the age of 21. We employ age verification procedures during the registration process and reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all funds held pending investigation.

2.3 bet9ja reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any account where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily verified, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

3.1 To access the full range of bet9ja services, you must register a personal account. Each individual may hold only one (1) account on the platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information, including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and a mobile number registered to a Philippine network (Globe, Smart, DITO, or equivalent).

3.3 You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. bet9ja shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

3.4 bet9ja operates under PAGCOR-compliant standards and is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) on all registered accounts. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo ID (Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or voter's ID);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate issued within the last three months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of GCash or PayMaya account showing your registered name).

3.5 Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by bet9ja may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or full account suspension until verification is completed.

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bet9ja account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number or email address.

4.2 You must not share your account credentials with any other person. bet9ja accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorized by you — is your sole responsibility.

4.3 You must notify bet9ja immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account, loss of your credentials, or any other security breach. You may contact our support team at the email address listed in Section 17 of these Terms.

4.4 bet9ja will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any other communication channel. If you receive any such request purportedly from bet9ja, treat it as fraudulent and report it immediately.

5.1 bet9ja accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at bet9ja's discretion.

5.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱200. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and the payment method used. Specific limits are displayed within the cashier section of your account.

5.3 All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members, friends, or any other person — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account may be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

5.4 bet9ja does not charge fees for standard deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., GCash, your bank) may apply their own transaction fees, which are your sole responsibility.

5.5 Deposits are credited to your bet9ja account balance in real time for GCash and PayMaya transactions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect, depending on your bank's processing times.

6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the name on your verified bet9ja account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

6.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day may apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account.

6.3 GCash withdrawals are typically processed within ten (10) minutes during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within one (1) to three (3) banking days, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule.

6.4 Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification as described in Section 3. bet9ja reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected.

6.5 bet9ja reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other violation of these Terms. In such cases, bet9ja will notify you and may request additional documentation.

Wagering Requirements on Withdrawals

6.6 Funds credited to your account as part of a bonus or promotional offer may be subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering requirements applicable to each bonus are set out in the relevant bonus terms and conditions, which form part of these Terms.

7.1 bet9ja may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside each offer.

7.2 General bonus conditions applicable to all bet9ja promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. New player bonuses are available once per household, device, and IP address.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• bet9ja reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.

7.3 Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

8.1 All games available on the bet9ja platform — including live dealer games, slots, bingo, and specialty titles — are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

8.2 All bet9ja games use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are entirely random and not influenced by any external factor, including previous game results, player identity, or account balance.

8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, bet9ja will endeavor to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the wager for that round will be refunded to your account balance. bet9ja's decision in such matters is final.

8.4 bet9ja reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of technical error, data corruption, or any other circumstance that compromises the integrity of the game outcome.

8.5 The use of any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play games on the bet9ja platform is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bet9ja platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Using any form of automated software, bot, or script to interact with the platform;
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after using deposited funds;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bet9ja staff or other platform users;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your bet9ja account.

10.1 bet9ja reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or inactivity.

10.2 You may close your bet9ja account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

10.3 Accounts that have been inactive (no login, deposit, or wagering activity) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of ₱50 per month, deducted from the account balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

10.4 Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bet9ja reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part.

11.1 bet9ja is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential for gambling-related harm. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, all of which are accessible directly from your account settings at no cost.

11.2 The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered bet9ja players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your account;
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session, after which you will be automatically logged out;

12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bet9ja platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any platform software; or use any bet9ja trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.

12.3 Any unauthorized use of bet9ja's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bet9ja shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other financial loss.

13.2 bet9ja does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the platform or any part thereof at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or any other reason.

13.3 bet9ja's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bet9ja account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bet9ja's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

14.1 bet9ja collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

14.2 By registering an account with bet9ja, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and marketing communications (where you have opted in).

14.3 bet9ja implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, including SSL encryption, secure data storage, and access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and bet9ja cannot guarantee absolute data security.

16.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

16.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to bet9ja's customer support team for informal resolution. We will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

16.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

16.4 Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
